Tina Johansson is a Stockholm-based sommelier who has worked in everything from small wine bars to Michelin restaurants, as well as curating wine lists for other restaurants. She holds the WSET Diploma in Wines, the WSET Level 3 in Sake and the WSET Level 2 in Beer. She writes about wine, mainly for Wine Table, and also hold wine tastings and lectures. She is a teacher at Vinkällans sommelier education. Tina can also be seen holding wine quizzes or appearing in podcasts. She’s a previous competition sommelier with two bronze medals from the Swedish Sommelier Championship in 2017 and 2019, and she won the titel of Swedens Best Female Sommelier through the Lily Bollinger Award in 2017. Today she runs the competition instead, as well as being a member of the Swedish National Sommelier Team, Swesomm. In 2024 she was awarded the titel of “The Young Innovative Star of the Year” by the trade association Visita, as well as being nominated for “Sommelier of the Sommeliers” at the Swedish gala “Gastronomigalan”.
